Okay folks, this is the place where you find out all you need to know about subscribing to Flow. So why subscribe? By subscribing you won’t have to come to the website to get the latest content. There are a number of programs and services that you can use to automatically have your favorite content downloaded to your computer or portable media player. You can just sit back, relax and get your flow!

Flow Audio

You can subscribe to Flow Audio podcasts via a number of free and easy to use services, including iTunes , Yahoo Podcasts , Odeo , Podcast Pickle, PodNova and Big Contact. You can also subscribe using a free desktop application called Juice. All you need to do is pick your favorite application and plug in the Flow Audio podcast feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/FlowAudio.

Flow Video

Just like audio podcasts, there are any number of free and easy ways to subscribe to Flow Video podcasts. All video podcasts are encoded in Video iPod ready format. As such, iTunes is is a great place to subscribe to our video feed. The easiest way to do this is to click this link to go to the iTunes page. You can also open iTunes, select the Advanced > Subscribe To Podcast menu choice, then paste the video podcast feed (http://feeds.feedburner.com/FlowVideo) into the box and click OK. iTunes will then download new episodes as they are posted to the site. If you’re not an iTunes user you can subscribe via a new web based video podcast site called MeFeedia. Access our MeFeedia page and subscribe here. You can also subscribe with some of the same tools as audio podcasts like Juice. You can also try a cool new video podcast receiver called FireANT. Recently Yahoo Podcasts added the ability to watch and subscribe to video podcasts and you can do both by clicking here.

New outlets for our videos are popping up every month and we’re continuing to add our videos to those outlets so that you have the maximum amount of choices for subscribing and viewing. To date, our videos can also be found on Veoh, You Tube and Blip.tv.

Flow News

We’re frequently providing updates on the goings on at Flow via our news section of the site. You can subscribe to our news section in any number of popular feed readers including My Yahoo, Google, Newsgator and others. Simply add this feed link http://feeds.feedburner.com/FlowNews into your feed reader.

Subscribing Via Email

If you’re not into all this podcasting and RSS stuff then have no fear. We’ve still got a way for you to get regular updates on what’s happening. Simply put your email address into the subscription form on the left sidebar and click the “Sign Up” button. You will be sent an email to confirm your subscription. Once confirmed, you will received updates anytime that new content is posted to the site. You can unsubscribe anytime via a link included with each email. And have no fears about SPAM.
